When selecting a value for a prompt, you might have the ability to search for values in the Select a Value dialog box. However, the scroll arrows on the Search tab do not work, so you can only view up to 100 returned values. For example, in the following display, 169 values were returned from the search, but results 101 to 169 cannot be viewed.
In most cases, as a workaround, you can narrow your search criteria to limit the results to less than 100 values.
For example, add more letters to search on. In the following display, the search has been modified from s to sh, and less than 100 values are returned.
You also can narrow the search by using a different search operator. The following display uses the Starts with operator and the search returns less than 100 values.
